On 31st December 2006 Redhill Analysts was acquired by a company newly set up with the objective of offering the best possible and range of asbestos services to a nationwide client base.

In July 2006 Silverdell (UK) was the first acquisition made by the new venture and the PLC (formerly Bow Lane Capital) duly took that name, as an established and recognised brand in the asbestos services marketplace. The stated aim of the PLC is to acquire additional quality and client focused businesses on both the consultancy and contracting sides of the asbestos industry with the ultimate aim of becoming the leading UK asbestos services provider.

Redhill Analysts was purchased as the primary consultancy business that will be used as the platform for implementing its core values of quality, professionalism and service during future organic and acquisition-led growth from the consultancy side.

Redhill Analysts retains its independence within the group with its own unchanged board of directors. Management and other staff remain unchanged both in terms of procedure and reporting lines. In short, our company continues as a leading independent and impartial UKAS accredited consultancy with the same integrity and client focus that have always been central to our philosophy.
